90-Day Hormone Wellness Challenge

Ladies, it’s time to restore balance, build strength, and feel your best! This 90-day journey is designed to support your hormones through simple, powerful daily choices that nurture both body and mind.

Strength Training (3x per week)


We’ll commit to three sessions of strength training each week—whether it’s lifting weights, bodyweight circuits, or resistance bands. Strength training not only builds lean muscle, but also supports metabolic health, bone strength, and hormonal balance.

Reducing Sugar Intake

For 90 days, we’ll focus on cutting down refined sugars and processed sweets. Instead, we’ll fuel our bodies with whole, nutrient-rich foods that stabilize blood sugar, reduce inflammation, and keep energy steady throughout the day.

Nutrient Support

Each day, we’ll prioritize taking Omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamin D, and Vitamin K2. Together, these nutrients help reduce inflammation, support mood, strengthen bones, and promote cardiovascular and hormonal health.

Hydration

Drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water daily (e.g., if you weigh 150 lbs, aim for 75 oz). Proper hydration supports detoxification, digestion, energy levels, and hormone balance.

By the end of this 90-day challenge, you’ll feel stronger, more energized, and more in tune with your body. This isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress, consistency, and giving your body the tools it needs to begin to thrive.
